honey extraction
From your apiary to our extraction facility and back again, we can handle the whole process. Alternately, you may bring us your frames and assist along the way.
The frames will be uncapped, placed in a large-scale electric radial extractor, and drip through layers of fine mesh to remove any wax debris. You will go home with cleanly processed honey, comb frames ready for bees to refill, and either unprocessed wax or add on a wax refining service. Wax can be delivered as pucks or foundation.
bee removal
If an unwanted bee swarm settles on your property, give us a call to schedule a removal. We have removed bees from walls, ceilings, attics, and even a suitcase! We will give you a protocol to follow afterwards to greatly reduce the chance of bee swarms returning.
Swarm Trapping
If you have needed to have bees removed, live near beekeepers, or want a low cost option to prevent bees from moving in, we offer swarm trapping on your lot. The swarm trap has a scent lure to encourage bees to nest in the box over rather than invading your shed.
bulk Honey Sales
Contact us for bulk honey sales of 5-60 gallons. Both pickup and shipping options are available.
Pollination
We partner with property owners around the island to diversify our honey production and aid in pollination. This service is available on a case by case basis. We would need to know your spray practices, conditions of the surrounding land, and discuss contract terms so we may maintain the apiary on your land.
